We are proud of our new concrete block machine 1098E Full
Automatic. The machine is reached this final structure after many refinement on the
various types of block machines then 1098E is created. We considered all customer
requirements in the production process. Below you will find some outstanding properties of
that machine.
. The machine is designed to work with multi - layer system. Thanks to its multi - layer
production high productivity is obtained.
. Manually or automatically controlled.
. Production capacity of the machine is 100 m2 Per / hour. It can produce 1 m2 concrete
pavement block at one press. This production time is 30 seconds.
. It can produce 10 lines concrete blocks on top of each other.
. High strength is get in the produced blocks by using 6 vibration motors during pressing
process.
. The machine has a flexible command system. Control panel is positioned where the machine
is controlled easily . All faults can be seen on the control panel automatically. The
machine can be programmed to work with different system parameters.
. Provide that using different thickness of material ( Colour pigment, thin - thick mortar
) these can be placed different part of the mould by cars.
. The machine consists of a rigid construction made of welded profiles. ( Total weight
more than 26 t )
. 1098 Full AutomaticE is PLC controlled however, a version of the machine has a TCP/IP
communication by means of PC. In this choice system is contain a modem connection for the
online service.
. Special design to prevent hazardous accident
. The machine is equipped with latest PLC command system. 1098E has a user friendly
command panel. Command panel has protected against humidity, dust and also protected to
external influences and vibration.
. The Palette Bunker is used to store necessary palet to the machine. When the automatic
lift complete ten lines of produced stone this unit automatically send an empty pallet to
the lift system.
. All hydraulic and electric equipment used in the machine are available all around the
world so that prevent you to save lots of spare parts. |

noul utilaj pentru pavele complet automatizat, 1098E. Aceasta masina a ajuns la structura
finala dupa selectia mai multor tipuri de astfel de utilaje. Noi luam in considerare in
procesul de productie toate cererile clientilor. Mai jos puteti gasi cateva
proprietati remarcabile ale acestei masini.

PLC, o versiune a acestei masini avand o comunicare cu calculatorul prin TCP/IP. la acest
tip este conectat un modem pentru servicii on-line.

ultimul tip de comanda PLC, avand un panou de comanda usor de folosit. Acest panou este
protejat impotriva umiditatii, prafului si influentelor sau vibratiilor externe.
- - Bunkerul pentru panou este
folosit pentru stocarea panourilor necesare masinii. Cand banda rulanta completeaza 10
randuri de pavele produse, acest bunker trimite automat pe banda un panou gol pentru
stocare.
- - Tot echipamentul hidraulic si
electric folosit de aceasta masina se poate gasi in toata lumea, nefiind necesar
cumpararea mai multor piese de rezerva.
